We had a hanukkah party tonight with a few friends of mom and dad. We had fish and caviar as one of the big main dishes along with mom’s lovely potato pancakes served with apple sauce. Other smaller dishes included salad, cheese cake, and brie and crackers. I was only able to eat potato pancakes and fish and caviar because of my swallowing issues. Let me tell you the fish and caviar were the best! We also had Martenelli’s sparkling non alcoholic apple cider which was also very tasty.
