Same symptoms I usually get for upper respiratory infection. Looks like we will be going to the doctor tomorrow if things do not change quickly for the better. I am currently attributing this to several things, loss of sleep, increasing aspiration frequency, and my immunodeficient state. Hence, Respironics corp. came into the picture with a specialized Non Invasive Burst Ventilator also known as the Respironics CoughAssist. It is a type of Non Invasive Ventilator that the user is interfaced with a mask, The CoughAssist adds inspiratory pressure to push a good amount of air into the lungs and then quickly reverses the pressure, This creates an artificially produced cough. Sounds like something that might come into my picture in the future.
