Sorry I didn't get this news out to all of you last night, but we were all busy celebrating the little white thing on the picture. It is my new MIC-KEY* G-Tube which requires no maintenance aside from cleaning before and after each infusion. One of my favorite things about it is I don't feel constant pain and irritation from it being there. The surgeon did the first insertion but from now on mom will be changing my tube for me. Yesterday the surgeon pulled out the old tube and showed mom how the balloon works on the MIC-KEY, and then deflated it and shoved it into my stomach, after this she decided to pull it back out and hand it to mom, funny part here is I yelled I don't trust you with that thing, mom responded by saying shut up and let me shove this in you and came over and shoved it in and inflated the balloon. It hurt though mom did not botch it. After that we got me back in my powerchair and came back home, after about a half hour with the new tube in there was no longer any pain.
