Major redesign features list

I told you all that I
would get a list of some of the new features on
the new website out to you all today. Here it is,
Front end updates
- Totally fresh new
aluminum design
- Sidebar contains
Paypal, Google, Talkshoe, iTunes podcast
subscriber, FeedBurner subscriber.
- Sidebar is available
on all pages aside from Photos and Forum
- About Me page has
custom sidebar
- Photos page no
longer goes to .Mac gallery. All photos are now
residing on the sherver and utilize Gallery.

- DisabledPlanet.Net
forum is easily accessible through this website
and continues to preserve the aluminum look and
feel.
- New
site has no javascript navigation bars which
makes it much more GoogleBot friendly
- Images have ALT tags
allowing screen readers and GoogleBot to
recognize them as content
- Google Analytics
tracking for stats (launched today at 12:30 PM
CST) This will take place of the visitor
counters. I will blog about statistics monthly
on the 29th
Back end updates- Fast FTP uploading framework
- Upload only changed pages (like iWeb)
- Full WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get)
interface (like iWeb)
- PHP back end on a lot of things (Affects
client users by reducing the work their
computer does)
- Less space on my hard drive required for
the RapidWeaver program 151.83 MB for iWeb Vs.
50.00 MB for RapidWeaver
- More customizability and instantly
changable site theme's
- Google Analytics tracking for stats
